Dreamer Designs Privacy Policy Last updated: October 19, 2026

The short version. We collect what we need to get your kit to your door, keep your account and rewards running, and tell you about new designs if you want to hear from us. We use cookies and ad pixels, and you can switch the non-essential ones off at any time. We don't sell your information for money. You can ask to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. The details follow.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Dreamer Designs is a trade name of Twenty Hours, LLC ("Dreamer Designs," "we," "our"). We make artist-driven diamond art painting kits and sell them to crafters around the world.

This policy covers dreamerdesigns.com, our emails, texts and browser notifications, our rewards, referral and affiliate programs, customer care, the social media pages we run, and the Dreamer Diaries app. It does not cover other companies' sites, even when we link to them.

3. Why we use it

  • To fill your order: process payment, ship, manage subscriptions, and handle returns, warranty and shipping-protection claims.
  • To make your custom kit: turn your photo into a rendering and kit, and work through any adjustments with you.
  • To run your account and rewards: sign-in, order history, rewards earned, tiers and referral coupons.
  • To verify group discounts: confirm you qualify for a discount you've applied for.
  • To run the Dreamer Diaries app: track your projects and streaks, deliver in-app rewards, and send the notifications you've allowed.
  • To help you: answer questions, fix problems and replace missing drills.
  • To keep in touch, if you want us to: newsletters, launches, restocks and offers (by email, text, browser notification or mail).
  • To show you relevant ads: on social media and other sites, based on what you've browsed or bought from us. You can opt out as described in this policy.
  • To credit our affiliates: record which affiliate, if any, sent you to us.
  • To make things better: understand how the site is used, test new versions of pages, learn which designs people love and decide what to make next.
  • To keep everyone safe: spot fraud, abuse and security threats.
  • To follow the law: tax, accounting, consumer protection, and responding to lawful requests.
  • If the business changes hands: if we merge, sell or reorganize, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. Cookies, pixels and your choices

Cookies, pixels, tags and similar tools are small pieces of code that let our site remember you and tell us (and some partners) how it's being used. We sort them into three groups:

Group

What it does

Your control

Essential

Keeps the cart, checkout, login and security working

Always on; the site can't run without them

Analytics

Shows us which pages and designs get attention and how visitors move through the site, using tools such as Google Analytics, session recording (with payment, password and form fields masked) and page testing

Off until you agree

Advertising

Lets ad partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify's Shop app and Microsoft measure ads and show you Dreamer Designs ads elsewhere, and lets our affiliate platform credit the affiliate who sent you

Off until you agree

Until you make a choice in our cookie banner, we load only essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time through Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page. Our current list of tools, with each provider's name, purpose and lifespan, lives in [the cookie list linked from the banner].

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information from that browser. Our privacy choices page shows whether the signal has been honored.

Do Not Track. Browsers' older "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed standard, so we don't respond to it. We honor GPC.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, and some companies (Digital Advertising Alliance, Network Advertising Initiative) run industry opt-out tools.

Browser notifications. If you allow notifications from our site, our notification provider sends them. You can turn them off at any time in your browser settings.

In the Dreamer Diaries app, similar tools built into the app handle analytics, crash reporting and push notifications. You can turn off notifications and limit tracking in your device settings.

If the business is sold or merged

Our service providers may use your information only to work for us. Our artists see sales results, not your personal details. If you buy from us through TikTok Shop, TikTok's privacy policy also applies, and TikTok shares with us what we need to fill your order.

Do we sell your information? We don't sell your information for money. Some privacy laws, though, treat ad pixels and similar tools as a "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out of all three through Your Privacy Choices or with GPC.

6. Emails, texts and notifications

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order, shipping and account messages will keep coming after you unsubscribe, because you need them.

If you join our texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the number provided. Joining is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to leave or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in consent to anyone for their own marketing.

7. Rewards and referrals

Rewards members earn points based on what they spend, and VIP members earn at a higher rate. We use your contact details and order history to track and pay out your rewards. When you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first purchase and you get a $20 off coupon as thanks. If you give us a friend's email address, we use it only to send your invitation and their coupon. You can leave any time. California residents can read our Notice of Financial Incentive in our California Privacy Notice.

8. Artists, agencies, affiliates and brand ambassadors

If you create with us or promote us, we use your details to manage the relationship, credit your work, track referrals and pay you. Tax information is kept only for legal and accounting purposes.

9. If you're outside the United States

We're based in the US, and your information is processed here and wherever our providers operate, including China for some warehouse and fulfillment systems.

UK, EU and Switzerland. Dreamer Designs is the controller of your personal data. We rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (orders, accounts); our legitimate interests (improving the store, preventing fraud, some marketing), balanced against your rights; your consent (non-essential cookies, most marketing); and legal obligations (tax, accounting). Transfers outside your country are protected by standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard. You can also object to processing, restrict it, take a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Canada. We handle your information in line with PIPEDA. Contact our privacy lead with questions; you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Australia. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

10. Kids

Our kits are family-friendly, but our site and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we don't sell or share information from anyone we know is under 16. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Keeping it safe, and for how long

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it: fulfilling and supporting orders, running your account or rewards, meeting tax and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting against fraud. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described in this policy.

12. Your choices and rights

Everyone can ask us to show, correct or delete their information, unsubscribe from marketing, and manage cookies. Dreamer Diaries users can delete their account from inside the app.

US state residents. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia), you can:

  • confirm whether we process your data and get a copy, including a portable copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data, subject to legal exceptions;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we don't do that kind of profiling);
  • ask, in Connecticut, Delaware, Minnesota and Oregon, for a list of third parties we've disclosed data to.

Colorado residents may opt out through a recognized universal opt-out mechanism such as GPC. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll answer within the time the law allows. If you're still unhappy, you may contact your state attorney general. Nevada residents: we don't sell personal information as Nevada law defines it.

How to ask. Please email us at support@dreamerdesigns.com. We'll need some matching details (email, order number, etc.) to verify you. We will respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need an extension of up to 45 more. Exercising your rights won't change the prices you are charged, the service you receive or your rewards.

13. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top.

We do not collect biometric information (we don't run facial recognition on photos you upload), precise geolocation or health information. Our approach to retention appears in our Privacy Policy.

Sale and sharing

We don't sell personal information for money. When you allow advertising and analytics cookies, the online identifiers, internet activity, commercial information and inferences above go to ad partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify's Shop app and Microsoft, and to certain analytics, affiliate and notification providers. That counts as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA, and may count as a sale. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information of anyone under 16.

To opt out, use Your Privacy Choices in the site footer or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor GPC automatically and show its status on the choices page.

We use sensitive personal information only for purposes the CCPA permits, such as providing our services, security and legal compliance. We don't use it to infer anything about you, so the right to limit doesn't apply.

Your California rights

  • Know and access: what we collect, the sources, why, who receives it, and the specific pieces we hold.
  • Portable copy: your data in a usable format.
  • Delete: subject to legal exceptions, such as completing an order or keeping tax records.
  • Correct: fix inaccurate information.
  • Opt out: of sale and sharing.
  • Non-discrimination: no different prices or service for using your rights, except as our financial-incentive programs allow.

Making a request. Email support@dreamerdesigns.com. We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, or tell you in writing if we need up to 45 more. We'll verify you by matching information we already hold. An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. Requests are free unless excessive or repetitive.

Shine the Light. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. You may ask us to confirm this in writing.

Notice of Financial Incentive

Our rewards and referral programs are tied to personal information. Rewards members earn 10 points per dollar spent, and VIP members earn 15. Members can redeem 1,000 points for a $10 discount. When you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first purchase and you get a $20 off coupon.

  • What we collect: contact details, purchase history, rewards activity and referral activity, including the email of any friend you invite.
  • Material terms: see the rewards and referral programs for their specific terms.
  • How to join: sign up on our site. Joining means you agree to this notice.
  • How to leave: close your rewards account at any time. Unused rewards may be lost as the program terms describe.
  • Value of your data: we estimate the value of the information we receive as roughly equal to the value of the incentive offered, based on the average rewards a member earns in a year: average annual member spend multiplied by the rewards rate. For example, a member who spends $200 in a year earns 2,000 points, worth about $20; a VIP member spending the same earns 3,000 points, worth about $30. For referrals, we value the information at $20 per referral, the value of the thank-you coupon.
