How can I get free shipping?
Free worldwide shipping is available for any purchase over US$75.
We ship using USPS, UPS, or DHL, with the specific carrier depending on what you order and where you order it (zip code).
Where will my order come from?
Depending on what your order is and where it’s being shipped, your item(s) will be delivered from either Nevada (Reno) or Illinois (McCook).
When will my order be shipped?
We try to ensure that all in-stock orders are shipped within 24 business hours.
In-stock orders that are made Monday-Friday prior to 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET usually ship on the same day. In-stock orders made Monday-Friday after 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET will likely be shipped the following business day.
How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
All U.S. deliveries (including to Hawaii and Alaska) will arrive in 3-7 business days.
International orders that are shipped via International DDP Shipping are typically delivered in 7-14 business days.
Will I need to pay for import duties and taxes when ordering from outside the United States?
All duties, taxes, and fees are usually included in the price for most countries. However, additional fees may apply upon arrival of your package for some developing countries.
In the latter case, we will not be able to issue a refund if your package is held or returned as a result of non-payment of the required fees. By making any purchase from Dreamer Designs, you are agreeing to pay any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be required in your country.
How can my order be tracked?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. You can view this tracking number at any time by clicking on the "View my Order" button.
What can I do if my package gets lost or stuck in transit?
If there is no movement after 14 business days, we are able to offer either a free replacement of your item(s) or a full refund – whichever you prefer.
I haven’t received my item(s) even though my package has been marked as delivered. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement of your item(s) if your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, as we are not liable for theft at your residence. However, we will do whatever we can to help you file a claim with your postal carrier.
