The more diamond paintings you purchase through our store for yourself and your friends, the higher your level of membership will go. At the Platinum level, you can earn 1.5x Diamond Dollars for every $1 spent. You can also gain access to more rewards.

You can check your balance by logging in and clicking on your profile to see an overview of your points and membership level.

Yes. Once your items have been refunded, the corresponding Diamond Dollars earned through that particular purchase will also be deducted from your account.

Once you’ve found what you’re looking for and are ready to check out, open your cart to view and select the redemption options available to you. Choose the amount of Diamond Dollars you’d like to spend on your order and continue through checkout. You’re able to redeem as many Diamond Dollars as you have currently available.

No, there is no limit on the amount of Diamond Dollars you can earn. All purchases that you make within our store and all actions taken that reward you with Diamond Dollars are eligible. However, taxes and shipping costs are not redeemable for Diamond Dollars.
